About the Service
EcomArab Chatbot, provided by EcomArab, is intended to help business users manage authorized Facebook and Instagram comments and messaging workflows and business-configured automatic replies.
Eligibility and Authorization
You must have authority to connect and manage each Facebook Page or Instagram professional account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied and for compliance with Meta policies and applicable laws.
Permitted Use
You may use the service only to interact with people through supported, authorized Meta features and within applicable permissions, rate limits, messaging windows and consent requirements. Do not use the service for spam, unauthorized messaging, harassment, scraping, or illegal activities.
Your Content and Rules
You remain responsible for the comments, messages, response templates, triggers and other settings you configure. You must review automation rules before activation and ensure your communications are appropriate and lawful.
Third-Party Platforms
Facebook, Instagram and Messenger are services operated by Meta. Availability of integrations depends on their APIs, review decisions, permissions and policies, which may change. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted platform access.
Availability and Changes
Features may change while the product is under development. Commercial terms, support levels and any applicable fees will be presented separately before a paid subscription or public launch.
Disconnection and Termination
You may request disconnection and deletion of service data. We may restrict misuse or access that violates these terms or platform requirements.
